What is the Booking Fee?
Tickets are subject to a £2.75 booking fee per ticket.

When will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be sent approx 4 weeks before the event, however please do not contact us until 5-7 working days before the event if you have not received them.

Where can I buy vip membership if I don't have a credit card?
If you do not have a credit card you can buy vip membership over the phone on the following number, 07973 544 719.

Is this site secure?
Yes, all your details are held securely on our systems. Your credit or debit card details are NOT retained by us. When processing payments, we use a SSL secure connection to the banks computers.

What name will appear on my Credit Card or Bank Statement?
iSPORTvip Ltd payments will be handled by Trinity St's associate company, DirectPay Ltd . DirectPay will appear on your card statement.

Can I get a refund?
Strictly NO Ticket Refunds.
